Our personnel are fully capable of performing NDE inspections, either independently or accompanying our API 510 inspectors and API 653 inspectors as part of a complete team. Magnetic NDE Inspection Services
  • Magnetic Flux Leakage
    In conjunction with Silverwing Floormap3Di and MFE 1212 Mark II floor scanners, inspectors and technicians can provide a full range of tank floor inspections
  • Magnetic Particle Testing
    Magnetic particle testing is used to detect surface and near-surface imperfections, such as cracks, seams and laps in ferromagnetic materials

Using wet fluorescent, black on white and dry powder methods, CGSB certified personnel are able to detect and report on indications found

Ultrasonic NDE Inspection Services
  • Corrosion / Erosion Surveys
    Qualified engineers, certified inspectors and material specialists can develop unique corrosion and erosion management strategies to meet specific needs of client’s facilities
  • Thickness / Hardness Verification
    Technicians and inspectors perform pre-construction shop inspections to verify thickness and hardness to ensure materials comply with MTR data sheets
  • Shearwave Weld Inspection
    Also referred to as Angled Beam Ultrasonic Testing, CGSB Level II technicians use this technique to inspect pipe welds, critical welds in pressure vessels and plate weldmets, and cracks for depth, size, length and orientation
  • UT Inspections with Jireh Navic Crawler
    Accompanied by the latest in UT technology and automated data collection, fully qualified and experienced technicians have the ability to perform remote inspections of tank shells and roofs
  • CGSB Level III Certified Personnel
    Qualified personnel are capable of producing NDE procedures and completing third party auditing of NDE procedures and results
