Pipeline Operations and Maintenance Procedures Manual

CSA Z662 - Clause 10.3.1

CSA Z662 (Clause 10.3.1) and the Alberta Pipeline Regulation (Section 7) both require that a pipeline licensee develops a manual containing documented operations and maintenance procedures that are followed.

New Development

• Documenting existing pipeline operations and maintenance procedures through a collaborative process with personnel responsible for operations, maintenance, and asset integrity
• Assisting with the implementation and roll-out of a pipeline operations and maintenance manual

Existing Programs

• Auditing current operations and maintenance practices against the company's documented procedures
• Auditing current operations and maintenance practices and documents against applicable regulations and standards and documenting opportunities for improvement
• Reviewing existing documentation to determine development requirements
