RAE Engineering & Inspection Ltd. is an integrity engineering company that specializes in Total Asset Integrity Management (TAIM).The engineers and inspectors at RAE Engineering focus on determining the integrity and managing the integrity of pressure equipment, pipelines and related mechanical plant equipment. RAE Engineering & Inspection Ltd. supports our clients with our knowledge in pressure equipment and the compliance of equipment to regulatory requirements. As part of our compliance support services we also taken the task as Contract Chief Inspector or Integrity Coordinator.
Some of our services involved the inspection of pressure equipment, including boilers, processing equipment, storage tanks and pipelines, in the power generation, mining, paper and pulp and oil and gas industries. RAE Engineering & Inspection Ltd. provides a comprehensive equipment data management service to Owner Integrity Management Program. RAE Engineering and Inspection Ltd. maintains and manage the data of more than 60,000 vessels in our asset integrity database, “REMS”, the RAE Equipment Management System database. The REMS database also interfaces with maintenance management systems (CMMS). The client has 24/7 access to all his asset data.
Our clients are also supported by a materials failure investigations laboratory and a specialist coatings and paint testing and evaluation laboratory.
